How do I reserve a package?
Once you complete the inquiry form, we will be in touch within 48 hours. Once a date is confirmed, we receive a 50% deposit, and a signed contract your package will be reserved.
Do you sanitize your equipment?
We clean all of our equipment throughly after each use as well as sanitize balls used in the ball pit.
Can you customize the equipment to match my theme?
We offer a selection of colored balls to sprinkle in the ball pit free of charge. For an additional $75 charge we can decorate our equipment with vinyl stickers customizable to your theme. We also offer an add on of a custom rule sign.
What type of space do you need to set up in?
The space needs to be flat, no hills. If set up is outside please make sure the area is free of dog poop, sticks, rocks, and in the shade if during summer months. Equipment gets hot fast and can become too hot to play on.
*Please note*- If it is raining, the ground is wet, or rain is in the forecast we will not set up outside.
What happens if the equipment gets damaged during my reservation?
Upon setup we will do a walkthrough of the equipment. If equipment is then damaged during your rental an invoice will be sent for a replacement piece.
Do you offer any discounts?
We are happy to provide a 10% discount for all Law Enforcement and Military families.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand things happen, cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to event with a full refund. After 48 hours your deposit is non refundable, however we will do our best to accommodate your schedule with rescheduling within 3 months.
How soon before my rental starts will you arrive?
We will arrive 1.5 hours prior to your reservation start time. We will then return promptly at the end of your reservation time to begin taking down.
When is the full payment due?
Reservations must be paid in full, 48 hours prior to your start time. We accept Venmo, Paypal, and check.
Is there a delivery fee?
We deliver within a 15 mile radius of Oxford, PA free of charge. Outside of that we charge $2 per mile.
Can I add additional time to my rental?
Yes, we charge $50 for each additional hour. However, changes to your rental including addtional time must be made 72 hours prior to your reservation.
